Contrary to the expectations of Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers, that
Luis Suarez apologises to the club over his actions, for seeking a move
away, there are reports that the player might not do that.
Following his banishment to train alone,Rodgers last week said that
Suarez will not be allowed back into the first team,if he does not
apologise for his behaviour.
According to ESPN,the player is unwillingly to back-track,as he
believes that he was let down by the club, whom he claims promised him
of a move,if they don't make the UEFA Champions League.
Arsenal are the only club believed to be genuinely in for the
player, and have already seen two bids for Suarez turned down by
Liverpool
Liverpool owner John Henry, insisted that they will not sell the
unhappy Uruguayan, despite his wishes to leave.
Meanwhile Arsenal manager,Arsene Wenger assured on Friday that they
would act in "a respectful and amicable way" in their bid to sign the
player.
"We are looking at possibilities to strengthen our squad," Wenger said.
"Suarez is one of the targets. If he's not for sale, he's not for
sale. We have to accept that."
