Labourer, 26, arraigned for stealing sim card

Christopher Musa, a 26-year-old labourer, was arraigned before a Wuse
Zone 2 Senior Magistrates' Court on Friday for allegedly stealing a
"GSM Sim'' card belonging to Ibrahim Guruwa.
Musa, who resides at Mabushi, by Hill Crest Estate, Abuja, is standing
trial on one count of theft.
The police prosecutor, Sgt. Abdullahi Alhasan, said Guruwa, who
alsoresides at Mabushi, reported the case at Mabushi Police Station,
Abuja, on Aug. 21.
Alhasan said Guruwa's bag containing牋N70, 000, and a techno cell phone
was stolen by an unknown person(s) sometime in July during the Ramadan
period.
The prosecutor said the sim card was found in Musa's possession three
days after it was stolen.
