Al-Mustapha discharged and acquitted

The Lagos division of the Appeal Court has discharged and acquitted
Major Hamza Al-Mustapha, former Chief Security Officer to the Late
Head of State, Sani Abacha, of the conspiracy and murder of Alhaja
Kudirat Abiola.
